 AAEEE 2020 Eligibility

Age Limit

Candidates must be either 17 years of age or attained the age at the time of admission.  There is no upper age limit, but the candidate must be born on or after July 1, 1995. The average age of the candidates enrolling in the PG or UG courses is 26 years.

Nationality

Only Indian nationals can apply for the exam.

Educational Qualifications

Educational Qualifications for B-Tech program:

• Class 12 examination must be cleared with 45% marks and must have physics, mathematics as the main subject.

• The third subject can be biology/ biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subject/Chemistry. Students of reserved category must clear class 12 examinations with 40% marks.

• Candidates appearing for the 12th standard examinations in March / April 2019 are also eligible to apply.

Note: Students who have cleared the JEE Main Exam can appear for the counselling directly.

• Offline: The application form has to be filled in the offline mode, and an application fee of Rs.600 has to be submitted through cash mode by general category candidates. Reserved category students have to pay an application fee of Rs.300. If the payment of application fee is done through DD (demand draft) an amount of Rs.50 has to be paid additionally as the DD service charge.

• DD is payable in favour of The Registrar, Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science & Higher Education for women, Coimbatore.

Visit the official portal of the university and get the application form. Fill all the required information in the correct format.  Attach the photocopy of all the necessary documents. Pay the required application fee. Verify all the information. Submit the form to the given address.

Steps to fill AAEEE 2020 Offline Application Form:

• Candidates will have to visit the Official Website.

• Go to ‘Admission 2019 & 2020’.

• Select the Stream you wish to apply.

• Click on Download Application.

• Candidates have to enter all the required information.

• Candidates have to upload recently clicked Passport Size Photo.

• The Candidates also should upload Scanned Image of their Signature.

• Candidates have to enclose the DD worth 100/- for UR and 50/- for SC/ST Students.

• Candidates must enter valid Mobile Number and Email-ID.

• Take a print out of Application Form for further use.

Acceptable ID’s include (must be original, valid and non-expired) – Aadhar Card/ PAN Card/ Driver’s License/ Passport/ Any other Government ID Proof.

Note:  Candidates are NOT allowed to carry Instrument/ Geometry/ Pencil box, Any kind of Paper/ Stationery/ Textual material (printed or written material) or electronic gadgets etc., in the Examination Room/ Hall.

Dont’s

· Candidates are advised not to carry ballpoint pens, pencil, and eraser.

· No candidate will be allowed inside the examination centre after 30 minutes of exam commencement.

· Candidates should keep in mind that admit card acts as an entry ticket at the time of the examination.

. Candidate should not do any kind of Malpractice while the exam for which he/she shall be debarred.

· Candidates must keep in mind that they should take some Valid ID proof with them along with AAEEE Admit card 2020.

. Candidate should not leave the examination hall before the completion of the exam. 

· Candidates are requested to take care of their own things like materials, purses, gold etc., and should be self- responsible for their things.

· Candidates are not allowed to carry any textual material in printed or written form and things like log tables, formula book, mobile phone, pager, programmable calculators inside the exam hall.

• The minimum rank required by candidates to get admission is the Cut Off of AAEEE 2020.
