The candidate should be holding an analogous post on regular basis or should have Eight years of regular service as Lower Division Clerk in the pay scale of Rs. 19900-63200 (level 2 as per 7th CPC) (PB-1, Grade Pay Rs. 1900/- as per 6th CPC) or equivalent in Central Government. The deputation will be on Foreign Service terms. The period of deputation will be one year initially extendable up to three years. |
