IGNOU Admission 2020 Eligibility Criteria for OPENMAT

Educational Qualifications:

The eligibility criteria for admission to MBA programme would be as per the AICTE norms viz.

• Any graduate (Including Chartered Accountancy/ Cost Accountancy/ Company Secretaryship) with 50% marks for general category/ 45% for reserved category as per government of India rules.

Student s should ensure that his/her CGPA should meet the eligibility percentage requirement

• Clearance of OPENMAT 2020 entrance test of IGNOU conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA).

• No age bar.

IGNOU Admission 2020 Eligibility Criteria for B.Ed. Entrance Exam

Educational Qualifications:

Candidates with:

a) at least fifty per cent marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree and/or in the Master’s Degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Commerce/ Humanity. Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto,

and

b) The following categories are eligible to be students of B.Ed. (ODL):
i. Trained in-service teachers in elementary education.
ii. Candidates who have completed an NCTE recognized teacher education programme through face-to-face mode.

• The reservation and relaxation of 5% marks in minimum eligibility will be provided to SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layer)/ PWD candidates as per the rules of the Central Government.

• Reservation to Kashmiri Migrants and war widow candidates will be provided as per the University Rules.

• Masters’ Degree awarded without a first degree is not accepted for the purpose of Academic Studies in IGNOU.

IGNOU Admission 2020 Online Application Process

Steps to fill the IGNOU Admission 2020 Online Application Form:

• Candidates have to visit the Official Website.

• Apply for Online Registration and note down the system generated Application No. for future reference.

• Fill the Online Application Form.

• Choose the Test Centre of your choice.

• Upload scanned images of Candidate’s Photograph (between 10 kb - 200 kb) and Candidate’s Signature (between 4 kb - 30kb) in JPG/ JPEG format.

• Make a Pay of Examination Fee using Syndicate/ ICICI Payment Gateway and keep the proof of fee paid.

• Print at least four copies of Confirmation Page after successful remittance of fees paid for future use.
