1. Junior Research Fellow B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification with 75% marks (or 8.5-grade point out of 10) and a valid GATE score. This is over and top of the eligibility requirements as per rules laid down by the Institute OR Candidates with M.Tech./M.E./M.S. in Electrical Engineering (with power electronics, machines, electric drives, etc.).
