Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MAHAGENCO) has announced a notification for the recruitment of Engineer Posts. To Apply Online for MAHAGENCO Recruitment 2020

1. Open the MAHAGENCO Official Website.

2. Click on Career on the homepage.

3. Select the relevant Post Notification.

4. Click on Apply Online Link.

5. Enter all the required information in the Online Application Form.

6. Click on Submit.

7. Send the Hardcopy to the given address along with relevant documents.

Selection Process: 

1. Prescribed qualification/ experience are minimum criteria and mere possession of the same, does not entitle the candidate to be called for online test / Selection process / personal interview. The candidates will be shortlisted for personal interview by applying suitable criteria.

2. The number of vacancies and reservation for backward classes indicated for different categories is provisional and likely to change. Such change will not be notified in Newspaper nor will be intimated to the candidates.

3. Those reserved category candidates who compete with the Open category candidates will be treated as Open category candidates for the purpose of the recruitment/ selection process.

4. The Online test/selection process may be conducted as per Exam center list depending upon the number of candidates at each location. However, in case candidates appearing for the online test at a particular place are not adequate, such candidates may be asked to appear for the test at other center. The management reserves the right to increase or decrease the location for the test.

5. For the postcode TECH01, TECH02, TECH03 & TECH04 the selection process will be through Assessment Centre consisting of (Inbasket exercise, Group discussion, Case study, Presentation, etc) followed by Personal Interview.

6. For the postcode TECH05 & TECH06, the selection process will consist of Online Test followed by a Personal Interview.

7. All the candidates registered successfully for the postcode TECH05 & TECH06 through the online process will be called for Online test respectively irrespective of eligibility criteria.

8. For the postcode, TECH05 & TECH06 will be directed to forward a copy of Online application and related testimonials before the conduct of the interview as per the Merit in Online Test. This will be announced on the Company’s website i.e. www.mahagenco.in from time to time. 

9. If the number of applicants is large, then suitable criteria will be fixed to shortlist the applicants for the online test/ selection process.

10. The Select list / Waitlist will be operative for 1 year after the declaration of result on the MAHAGENCO Company website.

11. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.

12. Candidates should ensure e-mail address and mobile no. given in application form is valid till the completion of selection process.
