a) The children of citizens, who are displaced from Jammu and Kashmir to any part of India or from the unsafe border area of Jammu and Kashmir to a relatively safer place in Jammu and Kashmir from 1990 onwards due to terrorist activities;

or

b) The children of staff and officers of Jammu and Kashmir police engaged in combating terrorism are eligible under this category;

The candidate should secure 50% marks in the individual subject of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English at XIIth Std. or equivalent examination for B.F.Sc.
degree course.

The candidate should secure 50% marks in the individual subject of Physic Chemistry, Mathematics and English at XIIth Std. or equivalent examination for B.Tech. (Dairy Technology) degree course.

The candidate who have passed XIIth Std. or equivalent examination from India must have appeared in MHT-CET-2020. However, the candidate who have passed XII Std. or equivalent examination from abroad need not appear for MHT-CET-2020.

Type A

Candidates who have passed SSC and also HSC or Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor of Science Examination from a recognised institution in Maharashtra State; A candidate who is either Domicile of Maharashtra and/or is born in Maharashtra.

Type B

A candidate who does not belong in Type-A, but has his/her Father or Mother in the domiciled in the State of Maharashtra and possess Domicile Certificate.

Type C

A candidate who does not belong in either Type-A or Type-B but whose Father or Mother is an employee of the Government of India or Government of India undertaking and who has been posted and reported to duty in Maharashtra State before the last date for submission of Application Form for CAP.

Type D

A candidate who does not belong in any of the above Type-A, Type B and Type-C but whose Father or Mother is an employee or retired employee of the Government of Maharashtra or Government of Maharashtra Undertaking.

Type E

Candidates passing SSC and/ or HSC Examination from a recognized institution located in a disputed Maharashtra Karnataka Border Area or from Maharashtra, residing in the disputed Maharashtra Karnataka Border Area and whose Mother tongue is Marathi.

Steps to fill MHT CET 2020 Online Application Form:

• Candidates have to visit the Official Website.

• Click on 'Registration' for New Candidates.

• Click on ' Log-In' for already registered candidates.

• The Online Application Submission is a four-step process:

• Registration – Creation of Username and Password.

• My Application – Filling up Application Form for MHT-CET 2020.

• Upload of Photograph and Signature – Candidate must upload their recent Photograph and Signature in Online system.

• Payment of Fees – Candidate can make payment of Fees using Online Payment mode or Offline (i.e Bank Challan Payment).

• On successful payment of the application fee, take the print out and keep a copy of MHT-CET 2020 Application No., Log-In ID & Password.

1) Candidate MUST review their Form details before payment of Fees; the details will not be available for edit once payment is made.

2) Fees once paid will not be refundable under any circumstances.

If a candidate has an objection against any question in the question paper of this examination, the same may be submitted through the Candidate's Login as per the schedule in the Information Brochure.

Representation received by any other mode shall not be considered.

Candidates will not be allowed to leave the Examination Hall till the end of the Examination.

After completion of the test, the candidate will not be allowed to re-enter the Test Hall.

• Counselling Schedule has begun for B.Tech/ B.E./ B. Arch Courses and the revised dates are available on the Institution's website from the day after the declaration of results of MHT CET 2020.

• Counselling for branch allocation for the short-listed candidates based on the merit list.

Admission Process: 

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra has restarted the registrations for MHT CET 2020 Counselling from the Second week of June 2020 onwards.

• Candidates who have registered for MHT-CET 2020 are not required to pay any fees for registration for admission.

• Candidates who have obtained a score in JEE Main Paper-I and have not registered for MHT-CET 2020 are required to pay counselling fees.

• Log-On to MHT CET 2020 Official Website & for Counselling, Registrations have to be done by the candidates.

• Click on New Registration & start filling up the Online Registration Form.

• While registration, the candidates will have to select their type of candidature according to their category. 

• Enter Qualification, Examination Details, Upload Scanned Images, pay the counselling fees.

• After payment of the counselling fees, take the print out of the filled-in application form and present it for verification at the facilitation centres.

• Successfully registered candidates will have to report to the admission facilitation centres for verification of documents.

• The original documents along with a set of self-attested copies have to be presented at the facilitation centres.

• Those candidates who do not report at the facilitation centre will not be allowed to proceed further in the admission process.

Note: 

• Only 15% All India Quota seats will be filled through JEE Main.

• Rest of the 85% seats will be filled through MHT CET 2020.

• During Choice-Filling, enter colleges & courses in the decreasing order according to the preference.

When will I receive the MHT CET 2020 Admit Card?

You can download your MHT CET admit card from the official website of DTE Maharashtra any time from the Fourth week of April 2020.

Yes, the file size of the photograph should be between 15 KB to 50 KB and the signature file should be between 5 KB to 50 KB.

On successfully registering for MHT CET 2020, you are required to upload your recent passport size photograph and signature and the same is displayed on the Acknowledgement Form which will be available after the payment has been made.
