1. Architecture & Planning Max Age: 27 years Candidate should be Three-year Diploma in Computer Engineering or equivalent with minimum one-year relevant experience in Auto CAD / GIS software desirable.
Candidate should be Three-year Diploma in Computer Engineering or equivalent with minimum one-year relevant experience in digital graphics / 3 D modeling software desirable. 
Candidate should be Three-year Diploma in Fine Arts / Diploma or ITI in Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent with minimum one-year relevant experience.
Candidate should be Three-year Diploma / ITI in Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent
Three-year Diploma in Architecture/Civil Engineering or equivalent
2. CED  Candidate should be Degree / Three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum one-year relevant experience desirable
3. CHED Candidate should be B.Tech / Diploma in Chemical Engineering with minimum one-year relevant experience desirable
4. CSED Candidate should be B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering / Information Technology or Three years regular Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology / Computer hardware maintenance
5. EED Candidate should be Three-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 1st class with minimum one-year relevant experience desirable.
6. ECED Candidate should be Three-year Diploma in Electronics Engineering with 1st class with minimum one-year relevant experience desirable. 
7. MED Candidate should be Three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with First Class with minimum one-year relevant experience desirable.
Candidate should be ITI Trade Certificate (NCVT) Carpenter / Patternmaking with minimum one-year relevant experience desirable
Candidate should be B.Tech Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engg., with minimum one-year relevant experience desirable 
Candidate should be ITI Trade Certificate in MMV (Motor Mechanic Vehicle) / Mechanic-Diesel (NCVT) with minimum one-year relevant experience desirable.
Candidate should be COE (Certificate of Excellence) Fabrication, Fitting & Welding or ITI trade certificate (NCVT) Black smithy / Forging & Heat Treatment. Minimum one-year relevant experience desirable
B. Tech Degree / Diploma in ME / ECE / EE / Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control / Mechatronics with minimum one year relevant experience desirable.
Candidate should be B.Tech Degree in Computer Science / MCA with first class with minimum one year experience in PHP, Database, management system, Java, project experience is desirable.
8. Physics Candidate should be B.Sc. Physics / M.Sc. Physics with minimum one-year relevant experience desirable.
9. Chemistry Candidate should be B.Sc. Chemistry or related areas with minimum 60% marks or equivalent and minimum 1-year relevant experience desirable.
M.Sc. Chemistry or related areas with minimum 60% marks or equivalent and minimum 1-year relevant experience desirable.
10. SOBT B.Sc. Life Sciences / B.Sc. Biochemistry / B.Sc. Biotechnology / B.Tech. Biotechnology with minimum one-year relevant experience desirable.
11. SMSE M.Sc. / B.Sc. Chemistry First class (60% or 6.5 / 10 CGPA). Hands on experience in the synthesis of nano materials / characterization techniques such as FTIR are desirable.
