• Candidates have to fill the online application form to participate in the Rajasthan Polytechnic admission procedure.

• The online application will be available from the third week of June 2019.

• The last date to fill Rajasthan Polytechnic application form 2019 will be the last week of July 2019.

• Along with the application form, candidates also have to fill the option form. In option form candidates have to mention the institution and branch nameand code as per the preferences.

• After submission of application form, candidates will receive the confirmation message of application form. 

• Click on the official website link (link will be provided above).

• A new page (registration) will be opened on the screen.

• Click on the “Apply Online” button.

• Fill the registration details like name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, mobile number, category and Email ID.

• After filling the details, click on the “Submit” button.

• After that, candidates will receive a unique registration number in their registered mobile number.

• Login again through the received registration number.

• The application form will be opened.

• It will be divided into various sections.

• Now, fill all the required details like personal, qualifying exam, address, bank, etc. in the application form.

• Candidates must check all the details filled in the application form before submitting it.

• Now, choose the upload images options.

• Upload the scanned images of passport size photographs, signature, qualifying exam mark sheet and category certificate (if required).

• The images should be in JPG, GIF or PNG format.

• Image size should not exceed 50KB for photograph and signature, 150KB for category certificates.

• After uploading the images, candidates are required to fill the option form.

• Candidates should fill their maximum choices for seat allotment.

• After filling the options, candidates should save them.

• After saving the choices, no changes will be allowed.

• Preview the application form, before submitting all the details.

• Candidates are required to choose fee payment option.

• The application fee can be paid through offline or online mode.

• Candidates can pay through e-challan or debit/credit cards.

• Candidates must take a proof of fee payment for further use.

• After the successful fee payment, candidates can take printout of the application form.

• Through “View Form” tab, candidates can preview their application and take printout of it.

• There is no need to send the printout of the application form to the authority.

• Candidates will be able to check their results through online mode on the website. There is no offline mode to check it.

• The result will be published in the form of merit list, i.e. provisional & final. After the verification of the application form, the authority will release the provisional merit list.

• Exam officials will first release the provisional merit list of Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019 tentatively in the fourth week of July.

• The provisional Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019 merit list will be drawn based on marks obtained by candidates in the qualifying exam.

• The merit list will contain information like the application number and merit rank of the candidate.

• The final merit list will be issued in the first week of August 2019. On the basis of this merit list, candidates will be allotted the seats.  

• Rajasthan Polytechnic Admission Counselling 2019 will be conducted for the Applied Students. The Candidates have to register for counselling on the official website.

• The counselling will be started from the August 2019 through offline mode. 

• Before counselling process, candidates will be called for the document verification. 

• Rajasthan Polytechnic admission will be offered as per the availability of seats in various government and non-government polytechnic colleges.

• Candidates can check the seat matrix from the official website.

• As per the prepared merit list, the authority will declare the seat allotment result.

• The seats will be allotted to the candidates as per the choice filled by them and availability of seats in the participating colleges.

• The seat allotment procedure will be started from the third week of August 2019.

• Candidates have to report the allotted college along with the original documents for verification and pay the admission fee.

• The admissions will be offered only after the verification of documents.

• As per the report in 2018 by the Directorate of Technical Education of Rajasthan, there are total sixty-two Diploma Colleges in Rajasthan that are eligible to take admission under Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019.

What is the duration of Polytechnic Course?

• In Rajasthan, the duration of Polytechnic Course is three years in case of all the subjects.

• Candidates those passed 10th/it's an equivalent examination (separately in Math and science) from any recognized board.

• No age limit to apply.

• Change of category is possible at the time of online registration before the candidate presses 'Submit' button.
