For DGM {Level-11 (CDA)/Rs.29100-39100/-(IDA)}: Officers Of Elec. Engg. Deptt. Holding Substantively
(i) Posts in analogous grade (CDA/IDA) OR
(ii) Posts in Level-10/Level-9 (CDA) taken with four years service in Group ‘B’ OR
