1. Branch Head Graduate (Preferred Commerce background)
2. Chief Financial Officer 10-15 years in Private Bank, NBFC, Small Finance Bank or Public Sector Bank. Candidate applying must be CAs. Candidates must also have exposure to corporate level functions and regulatory reporting.
3. Head of Credit 10-15 years in Private Bank, NBFC or Small Finance Bank with hand on experience of retail and SME lending. Candidates must also have exposure to corporate level functions and regulatory reporting.
4. Head of Audit 10-15 years in Private Bank, NBFC or Small Finance Bank or Public Sector Bank. Candidates must also have exposure to corporate level functions and regulatory reporting
5. Credit Manager 5 to 7 years experience in the related field in Private Bank, NBFC or Small Finance Bank. Should have overall exposure to credit underwriting, credit administration and recovery function
6. Credit Officer 2 to 4 years experience in retail credit.
7. Finance Officer 2 to 5 years experience in a banking industry in the Finance & Accounts department. CAs would be preferred.
8. Sales Officers 1-3 years sales experience in the banking / finance companies. Sales officers are required to be posted at the various branches of the Bank
