Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. PG degree will be an added advantage

Competencies Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Command over Hindi, English and Marathi languages – written and spoken. Experience of working with tribal community especially in the state of Maharashtra will be an added advantage, though not mandatory.

Essential criteria for short listing candidates: Written proficiency in Marathi, English and Hindi, candidates will be the major criterion for shortlisting of candidates.

1. Deep understanding of the Programme need and audience profile
2. Clear understanding of the desired outcome of the Programme
3. Develop detailed course structure as the basis the course outline
4. Develop detailed session wise plan – to include the topics to be covered in each session and teaching methodology
5. Revision and rewriting of course material at all stages of the Programme
6. End-to-end translation of the course material in Marathi, where ever required
7. Coordination with Master Trainers and the TISS Faculty Members for developing the course material
8. Timely delivery of course material
