Revision:

 

  • Revision is the mandatory step to crack any kind of exam. If you will not revise what you have studied daily, you will forget it another day.
  • So, keep revising your syllabus on a daily basis. Revision is the best way to remember your learned topics for a long period. Make short notes while revising, it will help you to gain good marks.

 

Follow Syllabus:

 

  • It is the first step which is to be followed by every candidate. If you know your syllabus it will help you to study only those topics which are included in your syllabus.
  • It will save your time to use it in useful topics. Study your syllabus thoroughly and makes your study notes accordingly

 

Time Management:

 

  • Time management is the best way to study smarter. One can achieve his/her goals if he/she knows time management importance.
  • Manage your time as per the syllabus and exam pattern. Give equal time to all subjects. Manage your time in such a way that you will cover all the topics of the syllabus.

 

Exam Observations:

Test day Requirements

The Admit Card is an important document; it must be preserved and produced at the time of admission also.  

 

Report to the selected test centre with two copies of the Hall Ticket, one photocopy of the application form and any one of the following for photo identification: 

 

ID proofs allowed:

 

  • Aadhaar card.
  • Government-issued ID containing photograph and signature.

 TS POLYCET 2020 Exam Day Instructions:

 

  • Candidates must remain seated in their allotted places till the completion of the Examination. In no case will they be allowed to leave the examination Hall till 12-00 Noon, i.e. one hour after the commencement of the Examination. Before leaving, the candidates must return the response sheet/ answer sheet and can take away the question paper booklet.
  • Every Candidate appearing for POLYCET-2020 shall be provided with a specially designed Optical Mark Reader (OMR) Response Sheet (Answer Sheet), on which the candidate shall have to mark his or her answers and other relevant data. The method of marking the answers is illustrated in this section. Candidates are advised to go through the instructions sheet thoroughly and practice the same at their residence, which would make it easy for them to answer in the Examination Hall.
  • The candidates should handle the Optical Mark Reader (OMR) response sheet carefully. They are advised not to fold or wrinkle or tear the response sheet under any circumstances.
  • Further the Candidates are advised not to scribble or make any marks on the response sheet except marking the answers and other relevant data at the appropriate place on the Response Sheet. Any violation of these instructions will automatically lead to the disqualification of the Candidate.
  • Candidates shall note that they will not be given a second blank Optical Mark Reader (OMR) response sheet under any circumstances. Hence they are advised to be very careful while handling the OMR response sheet.
  • Candidates shall read the instruction sheet carefully before starting to answer the questions.
  • The question paper booklet given to the Candidates shall consist of 120 multiple choice type questions in three different sections with four responses given to each question out of which only one response is correct for the given question.
  • Candidates shall mark the correct answer in the Optical Mark Reader (OMR) response sheet by shading in Dark the appropriate circle with 2B pencil only. They should not use under any circumstance Ball pen for this purpose.
  • Candidates shall be required to indicate their Hall ticket number on the Optical mark reader (OMR) response sheet. It shall be done as demonstrated by shading the appropriate circle.
  • Candidates are requested to answer all questions. All questions carry equal marks. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers.

TS POLYCET 2020 - Counselling

The board will intimate regarding Schedules of TS POLYCET counselling through the leading Newspapers/ Website  

 

  • TS Polycet 2020 Counselling will be started in the month of May 2020.
  • It is organized through online mode. Only the document verification process is conducted through offline mode. This counselling procedure is managed by the Department of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh.
  • It is conducted for providing admission to various polytechnic courses in the field of engineering/ non-engineering.
  • Only qualified candidates can appear for the counselling process. 
  • Candidates, those will qualify examination can appear in the web counselling process for admission into diploma courses. It will be conducted via online (Choice filling) & offline (document verification)
  • Counselling fee is Rs. 300 (for SC/ ST category) & Rs. 600 (for OC/ BC/ Minority candidates). Candidates first have to verify their documents, then candidates have to fill choices of colleges & courses according to their preferences.
  • The documents can be verified at the helpline centre via offline mode & choice filling is done through online mode from the website.
  • TS Polycet 2020 Counselling process is consist of document verification, choice filling, seat allotment & report at the college. Counselling is organizing in two rounds.
  • The seat are allotted to candidates on the basis of rank, filled choice, seat availability, etc. Candidates who get a seat after seat allotment process, they have to report at the allotted college in a given time period. Otherwise, the seat will be allotted to the next candidate.
