Steps to fill-Up in Online Application Form:

• Visit the official website of UBTER JEEP 2019.

• Click on 'Online Application Form JEEP-2019'.

• Go through the Group/Stream for which you want to apply.

• Click on the 'Apply Now' link to apply for the respective programme.

• Applicants will be redirected to a new login page.

• Applicants are allowed to register and create a password by activating the link sent to the Mail Id Registered.

• Candidates will have an option to fill the form and complete the processes entirely and save the form.

• Candidates are requested to choose their test centre.

• Applicants will have to upload their Photograph, signature saving the details.

• After uploading these documents, click on the "Submit" button.

• Mode of Payment: Candidate can pay fees online/offline.

• After Payment, Take a print out of the application form and preserve for future reference.

Counselling Procedure

Online Registration:

Candidates have to register for JEEP 2019 Counselling. Without registration, no candidates will be allowed to appear for the counselling. Candidates must know their Roll Number, Application Form Number & Date of Birth in order to register successfully. Link for registration will be available on the official website.

Choice Filling:

According to the candidate’s preference, they can fill the course and Institution from the given choices. Students are advised to keep the printout of the filled choices.

Seat Allocation:

Seat allocation result will be declared within a few weeks. The Seat will be allocated on the basis of students rank, availability of seats and filling choices. Through SMS candidates will be informed about seat allocation. Students can download the allotment letter from the official website.

Report at the allocated Institute:

After the seat allotment, students have to report to the allotted institution along with all the documents. Students have to report within the specified time to confirm their seat. Otherwise, the seat will be allocated to another candidate.
