• Candidates must either have passed 3 years or 5 years LL.B. degree from a BCI recognized law school.

• No minimum percentage is required in the qualifying examination in order to apply for AIBE 2019.

• In order to appear in the All India Bar Examination, it is must for the aspirant/law graduate to be enrolled with his/her respective State Bar Council.

• Candidate must possess the advocate enrollment card issued by the State Bar Council.

• There is no prescribed age limit for writing the AIBE 2019 Exam.

Steps to fill-Up in Online Application Process:

• Visit the official website of the AIBE 2019.

• Click on 'Kindly click here to Register Online'.

• Enter Personal details, Enrollment number and Contact information.

• Upload scanned copy of photograph, signature, and documents (if any). Click on "Save" button.

• Take the printout of challan generated and pay the exam fee in SBI bank.

• Upload challan details in the application form and click on the "submit" button.

• Take the printout of acknowledgement page for further reference.

• Candidates should Log - into the AIBE 2019 Official Website

• Click on Admit Card (AIBE-XIV).

• Enter Registration Number, Date of Birth and Click on Submit.

• Upon successful log-in, the hall ticket will be displayed on a screen.

• Download and take a printout.

• The question paper will contain a total of 100 questions of the objective type from 20 subjects.

• These 20 subjects will be divided into Category-I and Category-II.

Acceptable ID’s include (must be original, valid and nonexpired)–Driving License, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, Aadhar card, etc.

Note: Candidates should not bring any material with them except the Hall Ticket, Black/Blue Ball Point Pen.

Use of calculators, log tables and slide ruler, watches with facilities of calculator, and cellular phones are strictly prohibited for the test.

Step 4: Upon Successful Login, the online Score-Card for AIBE 2019 will appear on the screen.

• To clear All India Bar Examination 2019, the candidate should score a minimum of 40% marks in the examination i.e. 40 marks out of 100.

• Candidates who will qualify AIBE 2019 will be awarded “Certificate of Practice” in the law profession.

• Candidates who will qualify in AIBE Examination 2019, can practice Law in any court, in any state in India.

The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is a National Level Exam.
