TS NTSE 2019 Online Application Process

Steps to fill-Up in Online Application Process:

• Visit the official website of the TS NTSE 2019 2019

• Click on 'NTSE' & then Click on 'NTSE Application'.

• Then enter the School Code & Password and Login.

• After Successful Login, follow the instructions given, 'Click on if u agreed, Proceed to next' then Challan Information will be displayed.

• Click on “Click Here to Add Challan Details” Then Enter challan details and Save.

• After Submission of challan details, the following screen will be displayed. Then click on “ After Filling the Fee details click here to fill the application”.

• After that the following screen i.e. NTSE Application Form will be displayed to make necessary entries of the students registering for NTSE November-2019.

• Fill all the columns in the application and upload the photo with a signature, taking the help of the User Guide.

• After filling all the details, click on “Submit Application”. Enter the details of each student one by one in the same procedure.

• After uploading the details of all students, click on “Report” at the top of the application form and take the printout of each application by clicking on print.

• Then click on “PDF” link (rounded in red colour) for the display of Nominal Roll. After clicking on the “PDF” link, the following screen will be displayed to take the printout of Nominal Roll.

• Take a printout of Nominal Roll.

Note: 

Finally, submit the following items in the O/o the District Educational Officer concerned.

• Two sets of Nominal Rolls attested by the Head of the Institution concerned.

• Print out of the application of each candidate attested by Head of the Institution concerned (Attested copy of Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST, caste certificate with Non-creamy layer in case of OBC, Income & assets certificate for EWS and Medical Certificate for PHC should be enclosed).

• Original Challan.

Scholarship

Scholarships: About two thousand scholarships are awarded for different stages of education as follows:

• (a) Scholarship of Rs. 1250/- per month for Class-XI to XII.

• (b) Scholarship of Rs. 2000/- per month for Under-graduates and Post-graduates.

• (c) Amount of Scholarship for PhD is fixed in accordance with the UGC norms.

Availability of Hall Ticket:

Hall Ticket will be available A week before the examination.

• Candidates should Log - into the TS NTSE 2020 Official Website 

• Click on Download Hall Ticket.

• Enter Reference Number and Click on Search.

• Upon successful log-in, the hall ticket will be displayed on a screen.

• Download and take a printout.

Test day Requirements

• Hall Ticket

• Acceptable ID’s

• One Passport Size Photo

• PWD Certificate

Acceptable ID’s include (must be original, valid and nonexpired)–Driving License, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, Aadhar card, etc.

Note: Candidates should not bring any material with them except the Hall Ticket, Black/ Blue Ball Point Pen, HB Pencil.

Use of calculators, log tables and slide ruler, watches with facilities of calculator, and cellular phones are strictly prohibited for the test.

Candidate Test Results for Stage I will be available in the TS NTSE 2019 official website from December 2019 (Tentatively).

Procedure to check the Result

Step 1: Visit the Official Website of TS NTSE 2019.

Step 2: candidate should Navigate Results tab & Select TS NTSE 2019.

Step 3: Enter Registered Email-Id, Mobile Number, Hall Ticket Number and Click on Search.

Step 4: The online Score-Card for TS NTSE 2019 will appear on the screen.

Step 5: Download it for further use.

Selection Process

Selection:

• Stage-I, the selection will be done by Directorate of Government Examinations, Telangana and those who are selected/ recommended from Stage-I examination will be eligible to appear for Stage-II examination, conducted by NCERT.

• Only candidates qualifying in both the papers separately will be considered for merit.

• Selection of the awardees will be made on the basis of total marks scored in MAT & SAT based on merit.
